This is Back to back support of SAP that a client can get. This is the most basic package available. An existing SAP customer can be transferred from existing current SAP support partner to Silver Touch by a simple email confirmation to SAP.

  • SAP Business one new Version or patch download only.
  • SAP Business One System breakdowns support will be provided back to back with SAP.
  • Any critical issue or calls will be logged through SAP Business One Support Portal and the Service level will be as per SAP Standard.
  • Support Hours Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, No support on Public holidays and Christmas break from 24th Dec to 1st Jan.
  • Payment 100% Yearly advance before the start of the Term.
